Why did you join NOMA?

Over my many years of experience in the architecture and construction industries, I have encountered a lack of diversity within the professions. I joined NOMA to contribute in making a difference in diversifying the design profession by developing a fellowship among minority professionals in design, work as an advocate in fighting discrimination in the public and private sector of the design industry and create a mentoring program for inspiring architectural design students.
