Northside Community Grocery Store Request For Proposals
The Center for Community Ownership is building a new structure on a bare lot in a north St. Louis neighborhood that will be approximately 5,000 sq/ft and will house a community grocery store. The are in search of proposals from an architect. There is a particular interest in using as many eco-friendly materials and building approaches as possible, though this is not a hard requirement for an architect.
